Today I wanted to revisit a few posts that address very important details concerning running your cleaning business.
I know there are a lot of moving parts to any business, but not all parts are created equal. Some are simply more important than others.
So along those lines I wanted to reintroduce a post a did a while back regarding creating a sales letter. These are key to your direct mail efforts. Then I provide a link to a post on referrals. These will super-size your growth when done correctly.
After that I provide a link to measuring your marketing efforts. At the end of the day you need to know what works and what doesn’t right? Then I talk about mistakes I made (hint: I’ve made many of them over the years).
In another post I chat about a $14.000 error (needless to say…that hurt). And finally I included a post on highly rated Dyson vacuums (I’ve always had a fascination with vacuums for some odd reason). Anyway… here are those links!
